Richard is Senior Partner and co-founder of TW Associates. He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development and a member of the British Institute for Psychological Type.

Before joining TW Associates Richard worked in the retail sector, ultimately becoming H.R. Director. He has delivered training and development workshops in the UK, Europe & the Middle East for a diverse range of organisations and audiences. Richard is an adept facilitator, trainer and coach equally comfortable working with large and small groups as well as individuals. His areas of specialism include working with teams and large group facilitation.
He also designs and delivers a wide range of management development workshops.
Fiona is a Partner in TW Associates and has been working as consultant, trainer and coach for over 20 years. She is an experienced manager and has operated in all aspects of business, including strategy formulation, organisational development and people management and has occupied a number of roles including Chief Executive. She has worked extensively overseas, organising and implementing major contracts in Europe and America.
She has worked in the private and public sectors, both in the UK and abroad and is an experienced facilitator skilled in using a range of innovative processes, such as constellations, to create breakthrough experiences and support sustainable development.
Fiona specialises in developing the creative and leadership potential of people at all levels, equipping them to deliver collective effectiveness and leading-edge change and innovation.
She is co-author of Non-Stop Creativity and Innovation (McGraw-Hill 2002) and Hearts, Minds and Bottom Lines (McGraw-Hill 2002).
Bernadette (Bernie) Walsh has been actively involved in the design and delivery of learning programmes for approximately 20 years. She combines her design and delivery role with operational and management experience, having managed the technical training function of a national retail chain (142,000 employees), responsible for a budget of 2 million. In addition she was an HR and training manager for 6 years.
Bernadette is a passionate believer that much of employees’ potential remains untapped in modern organisations, and consequently her focus is on helping managers to develop the interpersonal skills element of their leadership role. She also specialises in developing Performance Management programmes which take a holistic approach to the individual and their role within the organisation.
Richard specialises in leadership and management within the construction industry. He has over 20 years experience as a manager with regional, national and international contractors working on major infrastructure and civil engineering projects. His work in the energy, water, marine, procurement, subcontracting and building sectors enable him to communicate clearly with technical staff and to understand the very real issues involved in managing project teams in a high pressure, deadline driven industry.
He believes strongly that effective leadership, management and innovation are essential to achieving corporate and personal success and he is skilled at developing the interpersonal and team-working behaviours needed to create work environments in which people are motivated to deliver excellent performance.
Anne is a performance coach with over 20 years experience in people management and development in the UK, Ireland and Australia and has provided board level support during organisational change. She has also planned and implemented management training programmes in a range of subject areas and for diverse organisations, large and small. Anne has extensive experience in the healthcare sector both as a manager and a trainer and coach.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and an Associate member of the Association for Coaching. She is also qualified in the use and application of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), is EQ-I accredited and is a trained Saville & Holdsworth Assessor.
