Coaching & Mentoring
Coaching and Mentoring are one-to-one activities focused on developing skills, awareness and confidence.
The coach/mentor may provide knowledge and insight in areas in which the Manager or Business Owner has little or no experience. Sometimes, all that is required is the opportunity to ‘try out’ ideas and possible plans in a risk-free setting. The coach/mentor is a listener and a questioner, engaging the client and encouraging him or her to find a way through a problem or look at themselves and their actions from a different and sometimes challenging perspective. .
Everyone in TW Associates has extensive experience in business and management gained in a wide range of organisations. This enables us to help managers and business owners from get the best from themselves, their people and their organisations.
As well as designing and delivering Coaching Skills workshops, we offer a full Coaching & Mentoring service to managers, leaders and business owners who prefer to work on a one-to-one basis.
We begin with a no- obligation meeting in which we work with our clients to identify objectives and estimate the time required to achieve them. We also agree the frequency, duration and broad agenda of any future coaching/mentoring sessions. We understand the need for flexibility and we plan all coaching/mentoring sessions at times to suit our clients and their business needs.
We meet at regular intervals to review achievements, identify and resolve problems that may be hindering development and offer whatever support, guidance and advice is required.
We offer coaching and mentoring services on an ad hoc or retainer basis.
