  • Be confident about agreeing goals and ‘Fields of Freedom’ in Performance Review interviews.
  • Be able to compile and use a Person Profile and Interview Report in selection interviews.
  • Have the skills and techniques to manage difficult and emotionally-charged situations in interviews.
